“War of the Green Lanterns, Part Eight”
This is another chapter in the current big Green Lantern event. Here, whereas the main Green Lantern title focuses on Hal Jordan and Guy Gardner, here the central characters are John Stewart and Kyle Rayner. It's a separate story thread altogether. John and Kyle continue to struggle against the multitudinous members of the Corps, all controlled by Krona – including the living planet Green Lantern Mogo, the custodian of the rings, who is spewing out new rings and expanding the ranks of the mind-controlled Corps almost exponentially. In the end this can only be stopped by a drastic and shocking expedient.
